Country Sourdough
Our flagship. A 72-hour ferment using our 7-year-old starter. Tangy, open crumb, crackling crust. Made with a blend of stoneground white and wholemeal from Marriages Mill.
Dark Rye
100% rye flour, caraway and a long cold prove. Dense, flavourful, exceptional with butter and smoked salmon. Our most traditional loaf.
Seeded Bloomer
A lighter, more accessible loaf. Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and linseed — toasted before they go in. Crowd pleaser. Out by 7:30 every morning.
Seasonal Pastry
Croissants, pain au chocolat, kouign-amann, and seasonal specials. Laminated by hand every morning using French AOP butter. Available until they sell out.

Retail Loaves
Walk in, choose your loaf, take it home warm. We bake to sell out — not to have leftovers. Tuesday to Sunday from 7am.
Wholesale
We supply a small number of wholesale accounts within 5 miles of King's Cross. Minimum 6 loaves per delivery. Contact us to discuss.
Bespoke Orders
Custom loaves, celebration cakes and pastry platters for events. Two weeks notice required. We do not do rush orders.
